Join us and the fine folks from the Green River Guides & Outfitters Association (GROGA) for a Green River Cleanup & Campout.

Location: Flaming Gorge Dam, Dutch John, UT (Camping at Dripping Springs Campground, Dutch John, UT - *reservations required)

DETAILS:
Come on out to the Green for a weekend of fishing, trash collecting, good times, prizes, good vibes and positive fishing karma.

Remove garbage from the waterway to restore a healthy riparian ecosystem, enjoy the outdoors, make some friends, and win prizes.

Safely collect garbage in bags and redeem them for a free BBQ ticket and prize drawing ticket(s). Accumulate more tickets to increase your chances of winning great prizes from our sponsors. We will provide garbage bags, gloves, and water filling stations. In an effort to reduce waste in general, please bring your own water bottles.

Please make sure to pre register via the tickets link so we can get a head count for the BBQ.

SCHEDULE:
7:30-10AM Launch boats at the dam.
10AM-5PM Float and Cleanup
5PM Free BBQ Style Dinner Provided by Utah Backcountry Hunters & Anglers and Uinta Brewery
6PM Prizes, Grand Prize Provided by GRUNDENS (No organizers (including family members) or sponsors are eligible, and you must be present to win.)

7PM After Party around the campfire.

FREE SHUTTLE: Grab a shuttle voucher at check in. Launch your boat then drive your vehicle down to little hole and park it. There will be vans that will drive you back up to the put in. Driver pick up location is at the restroom in between Little Hole ramps 2&3. Pick up times are 8:30, 9:30 & 10:30.

CAMPING:
We will be arriving at Dripping Springs campground on Aug 8th and departing on the 10th. If you would like to reserve a campsite, it is strongly recommended. Here’s the link to secure your spot. Recreation.gov

We have secured more than a dozen sponsors that include fly shops, fly fishing equipment and apparel manufacturers, and local businesses. These sponsors will provide prizes, food, and other event support personnel and services.

CHECKLIST:
Sunscreen, hat, sturdy shoes, face mask, hand sanitizer, and to reduce waste, don't forget to bring your own gloves!
