2022 Ogden River Clean Up
Based on our recent years’ success working with the Ogden community we were looking forward to the 2nd annual Ogden River Cleanup.
Starting at 9 am we had a steady push of volunteers grabbing gloves, bags, breakfast bars and swag bags. Followed by a quick conversation on where the best place to find trash and they were off.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the amount of people who came out to support. With over 50 volunteers we were able to almost fill a roll off style dumpster with 2360lbs of trash.
We want to thank everyone for taking the time to come out for this event. We also would like to thank the boys from Ogden PD who came out, meet with volunteers, and help heave bags of trash into the dumpster. Having their support really made it feel like a community driven event and showed the folks from out of town that the residents of Ogden appreciated their service.
We all had a great time and look forward to hosting again in summer 2023.
A massive thank you goes out to Chris Morgan, Darin & Annie Gardner for financially funding this clean up and all of our partners who supported us with in kind donations:
